MAKE IT YOURSELF!

When I go grocery shopping now, I only buy ingredients. It was convenient to buy everything already prepared. Then I took a good look at the ingredients on the side of the package. A simple recipe that should take 4 or 5 ingredients had 20. Just look at your bread.

What happened to just flour, yeast, salt and a little sugar? I decided to be in charge of what i was putting into my body.

I started making my own food. It does take time and planning but its worth it. I buy less at the grocery store.
